Base package price is based on double occupancy (2 people in 1 room). We will contact you directly to confirm the requested dates. If the requested dates are unavailable, we will offer you reasonable alternatives or provide you with a 100% refund of your deposit. Upon trip confirmation, the balance of the trip cost will need to be paid in full within 90 days of the arrival date. If you decide to cancel the trip within 30 days prior to arrival, that will result in a 100% forfeiture. A down payment of USD 250.00 per person is required to make the reservations. Only until the confirmation of all services is obtained and after receiving the down payment of USD 250.00 per person, will we proceed to make the necessary reservations. Unused nights, early departures, and/or no shows are penalized to the full value per night reserved. Penalties will be charged to the credit card used for the deposit at the time of booking. Penalties are non-refundable, nor can be creditable to future stays.
